About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Python, pytest, Playwright, and Locust.
- Create and integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to ensure stable execution and quick feedback.
- Analyze failures, debug issues in automation, collaborate with developers to resolve defects, and continuously improve automation code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in software testing with strong hands-on test automation skills.
- Proficient in Python programming and test automation with pytest.
- Experience with Playwright (or similar) for web UI automation and REST API automation and validation.
- Working knowledge of GitHub workflows including branching, pull requests, and CI/CD integration using GitHub Actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing end-to-end automated test suites covering UI, API, and performance testing in Agile environments.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Detail-oriented coder with strong debugging skills and focus on maintainable, scalable automation frameworks.
