About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs including planning, execution, risk management, governance, and business outcome realization.
- Lead transition and operational readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, training, testing, and launch coordination.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making forums, cutover, and stabilization ensuring measurable business benefits and successful operational handover.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation or technology programs.
- Proven track record of end-to-end program delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance, and outcomes.
- Program/Project Management certification required (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent).
- Primary location Bangalore Karle Town SEZ; Work Experience Required: 15+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-workstream programs involving business, process, technology, data, change management, and operations.
- Skilled at engaging senior leadership and Steering Committees to influence decisions and accountability.
- Strong background in handling business readiness phases including testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and operational handover.
