About This Role
- Own and deliver end-to-end internal audit services including IA function setup, transformation, co-sourcing, outsourcing, and managed services across industries.
- Evaluate compliance with regulations, assess governance and risk management processes, and optimize use of AI and risk technology to enhance internal audit capabilities.
- Provide expertise on internal controls, SOX/IFC reviews, and risk controls to help clients manage risks and support growth decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
- Educational qualifications: MBA, M.Com, B.Com, or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX), IFC reviews, SOPs, and internal control concepts (preventive, detective, anti-fraud controls).
- Work Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years relevant to Internal Audit.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in internal audit/process audit methodologies with deep understanding of processes and sub-processes linkage.
- Ability to manage end-to-end internal audit engagements including transformation and technology integration such as AI and risk technology use.
- Operates effectively in a high-growth risk assurance environment, delivering measurable improvements across risk, governance, and compliance domains.
