About This Role
- Serve as primary contact and advocate for Global Sales and Customer Success teams, guiding pricing, discounting, and contract terms to optimize deals.
- Design, build, and support end-to-end Deal Desk processes and policies, collaborating across Legal, Finance, Order Processing, Sales, and Customer Success functions to expedite approvals and bookings.
- Measure, report, and improve KPIs related to deal velocity, sales productivity, and deal desk operations; maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and support system enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years Deal Desk experience in a SaaS company.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and Excel.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Deal Desk role at SaaS company.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations within a SaaS sales environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive operational efficiency and revenue optimization.
