About This Role
- Manage travel and expense reimbursement processes ensuring timely payment of employee claims.
- Verify T&E expense claims in Macanomy and perform reconciliation and clearing of T&E GL accounts and month-end accrual reports.
- Prepare and post Macanomy claims, generate reconciliation files, handle query resolutions via ServiceNow, and monitor communication channels including generic mailboxes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Travel & Expense – Accounts Payable.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) required.
- Proficient with Macanomy expense management system and advanced MS Office skills.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in relevant domain.

- Skilled in cross-functional communication and problem-solving related to finance processes and expense claims.
