About This Role
- Own accurate processing of investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update shareholder database and investor records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide client servicing by responding to queries and prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders, supporting fund accounting and compliance functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Location preference: Chennai, willingness to work any shift including night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or financial services preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with transfer agency or fund administration systems is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with transfer agency operations and investor transaction processing in financial services environment.
- Able to manage high volumes of work accurately under deadlines with excellent organization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for client interaction and internal collaboration.
