About This Role
- Manage and oversee physical security operations across multiple Salesforce Bangalore locations including guarding, access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident response.
- Lead and mentor onsite security personnel and third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with Indian security regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and deliver security training, conduct site security assessments, manage security incidents, and coordinate stakeholder engagement across facilities, emergency services, and legal teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in corporate or physical security operations, preferably in multinational or tech companies.
- Experience managing security vendors/guard force and working with local police and emergency services in India.
- Strong knowledge of Indian security regulations, labor laws applicable to security personnel, and law enforcement liaison practices.
- Local, onsite presence required at Bangalore office; flexible schedule including on-call for emergencies; willingness to travel across India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in physical security operations with capability to manage cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiar with security technology tools such as Tableau dashboards and case management systems for data-driven operations.
- Previous experience in complex security environments involving crisis management, executive protection, and coordination with multiple internal teams and public authorities.
