About This Role
- Design, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, SERVO, and VFD systems for industrial automation projects.
- Manage full lifecycle of automation projects including concept, implementation, documentation, installation support, and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct site assessments to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure on-time delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in industrial automation engineering.
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Instrumentation and Control, Electronics and Communication, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and experience with SCADA systems (IConics, Labview, Zenon, FTView SE, WinCC).
- Work location required: Nikol, Ahmedabad; Regular Shift timings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing and troubleshooting SERVO and VFD applications with understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end automation projects with documentation and adherence to compliance such as 21 CFR Part 11.
- Exposure to robotic systems, servo motion control, and familiarity with IoT and Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus.
