About This Role
- Lead development and improvement of AI platform software enabling Azure AI Foundry and enterprise AI applications, focusing on scalable, secure, and efficient production-level code.
- Own design and architecture decisions for complex AI systems, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards are met across products.
- Mentor engineering teams on coding best practices, testing strategies, and debugging to improve code quality, reliability, and maintainability at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in production coding with internet-scale services and distributed systems.
- Proficient in debugging and working with large codebases.
- Experience with machine learning systems and data pipelines.
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and other security screening requirements.

- Experienced at leading architecture discussions and making high-impact design decisions in complex AI and cloud platform environments.
- Demonstrated expertise mentoring peers and influencing engineering best practices at scale.
- Takes ownership of end-to-end software lifecycle from coding to testing to deployment in large, secure, high-performance distributed systems.
