About This Role
- Drive improvement of item data quality across product assortments to boost online revenue and traffic growth.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of product information including taxonomy structure and product descriptions for digital/Omni-channel assets.
- Monitor quality metrics, troubleshoot issues affecting product data, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute data quality initiatives and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in Online/Retail Merchandising, Vendor Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and Data Management.
- Moderate to advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or understanding of merchandising assortment and product classifications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills with ability to liaise between technology and business teams.
- Comfortable managing data quality metrics and applying process improvements in a business environment.
