About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex Intelligent Automation projects using UiPath, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Lead coding standards enforcement and peer reviews, and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers in the delivery pod.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, and support CI/CD pipeline activities to ensure reliable deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation engineering with deep UiPath expertise (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles including SQL databases, API integrations, and Git version control.
- Role is onsite in Bangalore, 5 days a week from client office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in distributed, international or consulting delivery environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to reverse-engineer legacy automation processes and design scalable, modern automation architectures.
- Strong communicator capable of articulating technical challenges and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
