About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and management reports for APAC stakeholders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Reconcile balance sheet items, investigate variances, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive timely resolution.
- Support reporting automation initiatives, improve data quality, and maintain compliance documentation related to financial reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or related finance roles.
- Practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
- Hybrid work location in India requiring regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on regional reporting across multiple countries or currencies within the APAC region.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit preparation processes.
- Proven background in financial reconciliations, variance analysis, and delivering insights to support business decisions.
