About This Role
- Own end-to-end business and application analysis for dealer order planning, product structure, interfaces, and operational planning needs.
- Lead production incident support, root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes through release readiness and post-production validation.
- Develop and execute test plans; maintain documentation and support continuous improvement to reduce operational risks and manual effort.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in business analysis, application/product support, or technology delivery.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, SQL, relational data concepts, interfaces, batch processing, and system integration analysis.
- Onsite work required 5 days a week; Visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning, dealer demand/order planning, product configuration, BOM, or manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, C#/.NET, Python, Oracle, Snowflake, and application security remediation.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage global teams.
