About This Role
- Own and set vision, strategy, and operating model for Preqin's benchmark and index data franchises globally.
- Accountable for data quality, governance, and delivering market-leading derived data products in partnership with Product, Technology, and Client teams.
- Lead and develop a global team while serving as Head of BlackRock Bangalore office, including organizational capability building and site leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in financial data, private markets, benchmarks, analytics, or related data businesses.
- Proven senior leadership experience managing large-scale global data organizations.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Location requirement: role includes leadership responsibility for BlackRock Bangalore office.

- Experienced in private markets and institutional investor data-driven products, with strong strategic and commercial leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Client, and Commercial teams to drive transformation and innovation.
