About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable web applications supporting critical business and customer needs.
- Own small projects and technical initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with Project Management, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor junior developers, improve code quality, conduct reviews, perform integration testing, and support production issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in web development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Strong database development skills with any RDBMS including Oracle or MS SQL Server.
- Experience with .NET design patterns, microservices architecture, source code management tools (SVN or GIT), and Agile environment.
- Must have demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in mid to high-scale internet web applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, WCF.
- Comfortable working independently on technical projects and collaborating cross-functionally with teams like QA and infrastructure.
- Familiar with performance testing, code reviews, and best development practices to maintain reliable and maintainable applications.
