About This Role
- Develop and maintain the roadmap for digital finance products and platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic finance transformation goals.
- Translate finance business requirements into prioritized product features, manage product backlog, and support Agile delivery processes for ERP, reporting, analytics, and automation platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Technology, Data, Operations) to deliver scalable digital finance solutions and monitor product performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding of finance processes including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
- Experience with ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Anaplan, or OneStream.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging finance and technology teams, capable of converting finance requirements into technical product solutions within Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with finance transformation initiatives and governance, risk, and compliance in financial control contexts.
- Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and leveraging analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making and product improvements.
