About This Role
- Own procurement governance and process excellence across the purchase function, ensuring compliance and standardization throughout the PR to Invoice lifecycle.
- Develop procurement policies, dashboards, and frameworks driving savings, cost optimization, audit readiness, and vendor management.
- Lead automation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, collaborating cross-functionally with Business, Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in Procurement Excellence, COE, Governance, P2P Transformation, or Analytics.
- Proficiency in procurement governance, spend analytics, advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP/procurement tools.
- Work Experience Required: 5–7 years in relevant procurement governance/analytics roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procurement within technology, fintech, e-commerce, BFSI, telecom, or large corporate environments.
- Strong operational expertise in procurement lifecycle management, governance, and audit readiness.
- Capable of driving cross-functional projects focused on process automation, cost optimization, and vendor performance management.
