About This Role
- Lead and participate in cyber and technology risk assessments, testing, and validation activities across global teams and business units.
- Manage and mentor a team of Technology Risk Consultants to achieve individual and team goals in technology risk management.
- Develop and maintain communication channels and stakeholder relationships to measure, escalate, and report technology risk exposure to executive management and risk committees.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of recent relevant experience in risk management, cyber security, or technology-related governance.
- Graduate degree in Computer Engineering or related field (e.g., BE, B TECH, MCA).
- In-depth knowledge of cyber and cloud technologies, security tools, and regulatory environments.
- Work location: Hyderabad, India; must work during overlapping US and India time zones (minimum 4 hours overlap).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in banking or financial services industry technology risk, with audit or assurance background preferred.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams including First and Third Lines of Defense and technology divisions.
- Skilled in managing complex stakeholder relationships including executives and senior management for enterprise-wide technology risk initiatives.
