About This Role
- Process and monitor domestic and international payments including SWIFT, FED, FX, RTGS, NEFT, and wire transfers.
- Review and validate payment instructions, SSIs, bank details, settlement information and handle fund-related invoice verification and payments.
- Investigate payment queries, manage payment mailboxes, ensure timely daily payment processing and coordinate with global teams and clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-9 years of relevant experience in Payments, Banking, Treasury, or Transfer Agency operations.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems including SWIFT (MT103/MT202), FED payments, FX transactions, IBAN, BIC, ABA, Sort Code, BSB.
- Educational qualification: B.Com, MBA, or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with manual payments, wire transfers, treasury or banking operations, ideally in a global or cross-jurisdictional payments environment.
- Familiar with payment investigations, reconciliations, and client management.
- Comfortable interacting with global stakeholders and managing escalations in payment processing.
