About This Role
- Develop and maintain automation and operational support for High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters including software, middleware, and hardware.
- Analyze workload and optimize HPC cluster performance and throughput aligning with stakeholders' requirements.
- Provide global operational support and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve HPC-related issues, while contributing to architectural solutions and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of IT experience designing and implementing IT solutions in a multi-national environment.
- Proven experience as a technology expert in complex, security-driven, and technologically diversified environments, preferably in high-tech.
- Technical skills: strong Python, shell scripting, Ansible, SaltStack, Linux administration, Git/GitLab, CI/CD pipeline development, knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS).
- Business English proficiency required; knowledge of Agile Scrum and ITIL processes.

- Experienced in operating and automating enterprise HPC environments with a strong understanding of DevOps practices and HPC middleware.
- Capable of working in a global and fast-paced tech environment supporting multiple regions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
