About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver measurable process improvements across manufacturing and administrative workflows.
- Design, deploy, and govern Lean Six Sigma frameworks and digital transformation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to implement process improvements and manage enterprise-wide process compliance audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Demonstrated experience within commercial functions across industries like Automotive, CPG, FMCG, High-Tech is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong domain expertise in Manufacturing or Automotive / OEM / Auto-Ancillary environments.
- Location: River HQ, Bengaluru (onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in executive stakeholder management and capable of influencing without formal authority across diverse departments.
- Advanced skills in process mapping, Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen), and structured audit execution for compliance monitoring.
- Prior exposure to commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Dealer Development within relevant industries.
