About This Role
- Design, launch, and continuously optimize scalable learning programs that accelerate employee growth and business performance across APJ.
- Partner with regional HR and business leaders to align and localize learning initiatives ensuring relevance to local cultural and market contexts.
- Facilitate high-impact virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning sessions and manage end-to-end program delivery including scheduling, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience leading complete learning and development lifecycle within a global or multi-regional matrixed organization.
- Advanced skills in instructional design, facilitation, and content creation for diverse delivery modes (virtual, hybrid, classroom).
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems, digital collaboration tools, and AI-enabled learning technologies.
- Work location requirement: Must work from Bangalore office (primarily in-office environment).

- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to tailor complex enterprise learning solutions.
- Expert in managing multiple program components including facilitation, stakeholder communications, and program measurement in a multi-regional context.
