About This Role
- Lead the execution of Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives by managing backlogs, coordinating Agile delivery cycles (Sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies), and tracking progress against milestones and dependencies.
- Facilitate discovery and feedback workshops to refine product direction, capture decisions, and drive adoption and expansion of AI and data capabilities.
- Ensure operational readiness by managing documentation, knowledge transfer, user training, and communication for new and existing AI/data products.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of professional experience including hands-on Data & AI Product Management and project management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Agile Program, or technology delivery coordination roles.
- Proficient with Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and coordinating cross-functional engineering and business teams in a matrixed environment.
- University degree or equivalent education/experience; willingness to work overlapping hours with teams in India, Paris, and the US; occasional travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder Data & AI product initiatives with strong organizational and communication skills for clear documentation and leadership updates.
- Skilled in driving adoption and reuse of data platform services and facilitating cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments coordinating technical and business stakeholders globally.
