About This Role
- Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, managing issues independently with some latitude for complex problem-solving.
- Act as liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, and vendors, participating in application releases, disaster recovery testing, and post-release checkouts.
- Own and contribute to Support Project initiatives focusing on Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness; develop and maintain technical support documentation and ensure quality of work impacting own and related teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in applications support or related technical field.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge or interest in apps support procedures and other technical areas; familiarity with business and technology strategy.
- Experience with problem management tools and issue tracking/reporting tools.

- Capable of operating with limited supervision, exercising independence and professional judgment in complex situations.
- Demonstrates developed communication and diplomacy skills suitable for interacting with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
