About This Role
- Accountable for end-to-end quality deliverables in New Product Development Lifecycle (NPDL) and fast track development projects.
- Lead and coach on quality activities including CTQ, FMEA, Supplier selection, PPAP, QTP, process validation, reliability prediction, and compliance.
- Present quality status in NPDL Gate and MS reviews, define corrective actions, set KPIs, and ensure quality budget compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
- At least 12 years of experience as a Software (FW) professional or Quality professional with software background and affinity to HW/FW.
- Detailed knowledge of APQP, statistical methods, Quality Assurance tools (DfSS, APQP), and Software Methodologies (SAFe, CMMi).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in relevant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in software quality engineering and advanced quality processes within IoT or connected lighting environments.
- Proven ability to influence and lead project teams, managing quality in both proactive and reactive scenarios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on software development experience (Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Software Architect) considered an advantage.
