About This Role
- Lead architecture planning, design, and migration for platform/database/middleware/backup towers to ensure scalable and extensible solutions.
- Manage day-to-day tower operations including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, upgrades, and configuration.
- Forecast and manage team resourcing, talent development, and drive engagement and performance management initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have over 10 years of experience in project management.
- Technical expertise in architecture planning and operations for platform, database, middleware, or backup systems.
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Work Experience Required: >10 YEARS.
