About This Role
- Plan and implement multiple consecutive high-touch customer engagements involving consulting, technical implementation, and educational services.
- Coordinate resource capacity, scheduling, and assignments across Professional Services portfolio to ensure alignment with customer and business priorities.
- Manage project plans including schedules, budgets, risks, and ensure delivery meets customer business objectives on time and within scope/budget.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in project management, resource coordination, or professional services supporting software implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or business.
- Strong understanding of Project Management principles and experience with PM tools for scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Availability to work overlapping hours with US Eastern Time zone daily from at least 8:00-9:00 AM ET.
