About This Role
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and facility integration projects focused on laboratory and technical environments.
- Manage site assessments, infrastructure deployments including power, cooling, networking, and coordinate across IT, facilities, security, and laboratory teams.
- Oversee project governance including plans, budgets, vendor management, risk mitigation, and ensure minimal operational disruption during transitions and transformations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, facilities delivery, or large-scale integration programs.
- Proven track record managing complex infrastructure or real estate projects across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as networking, power, cooling, and facility systems.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing infrastructure projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical laboratory, or research facility settings.
- Skilled in coordinating equipment relocations, M&A integrations, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Familiar with compliance standards like GMP, GxP, data integrity and certified in PMP, PRINCE2, LEAN Six Sigma, or facility management.
