About This Role
- Own end-to-end People Operations activities for Ushur India including payroll, benefits, onboarding, exits, HRIS, recruitment operations, and employee support.
- Continuously improve and automate HR workflows, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee self-service.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate audits and performance processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of HR operations experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related technical field (e.g., B.Tech, BE, BCA, BSc CS).
- Minimum 3 years handling monthly payroll inputs with knowledge of India statutory benefits (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity).
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems setup, workflow automation, and practical use of AI tools for operations.

- Technically skilled with hands-on experience building and improving HR workflows, reports, and automations independently.
- Strong operational discipline and ownership in managing complex HR processes end-to-end with accuracy and confidentiality.
- AI and automation mindset with demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical technology-driven improvements.
