About This Role
- Own the firm’s operating cadence, ensuring progress on investment lifecycle, portfolio success, fundraising, and fund/entity formation.
- Maintain real-time accountability for all investments from review through closing and compliance, resolving bottlenecks proactively.
- Manage the Managing Partner’s time and priorities, act as trusted counsel, represent the firm externally, and lead crisis resolution when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth environment.
- Working knowledge of investment lifecycle, fund structures, and fund operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution preferred.

- Experienced in managing complex investment processes and coordinating multiple stakeholders under pressure.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record working closely with founders and senior executives.
