About This Role
- Support and maintain global Demand Planning templates, standards, and Kinaxis RapidResponse configurations.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation to assist in delivery of enhancements and projects.
- Execute and support system testing, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and deployment activities for Demand Planning solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or Planning Technology solutions.
- 1–3 years experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration or authoring preferred.
- Working knowledge of Demand Planning, Forecasting, Demand Sensing, and S&OP concepts required.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience configuring Kinaxis RapidResponse components such as Workbooks, Worksheets, Dashboards, Alerts, Forms, and Automation Chains.
- Experienced in requirement gathering, testing, and deployment support within digital supply chain planning environments.
- Ability to work closely with planners and cross-functional teams to drive continuous process and system improvements.
