About This Role
- Own and build engineering metrics dashboards and reports using BI tools such as DOMO to inform product and engineering leadership on delivery metrics, trends, and risks.
- Use business analysis and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve process clarity, data analysis, UAT quality, and automation assessments across Product Management and PTO workflows.
- Validate, contextualize, and communicate data insights and recommendations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with evolving AI-assisted software development practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer or Business Informatics related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in business analysis with BI reporting and process automation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R, REST APIs, and experience with BI tools such as DOMO (AWS QuickSight knowledge also noted).
- Experience supporting UAT, building ETL pipelines, and responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools for analysis and documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile environments with strong understanding of software development metrics and engineering delivery processes.
- Skilled in translating complex data into clear narrative commentary and presentations tailored for leadership and stakeholder decision-making.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, ensuring data integrity and compliance while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity without compromising governance.
