About This Role
- Lead demand planning solution design and improvements aligning with global standards to enhance planning efficiency and decision making.
- Partner with business, IT, and external stakeholders to drive process standardization and deliver measurable business value.
- Own governance of demand planning templates, training materials, and support future-state process and operating model design.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years experience in Supply Chain Planning and Digital Transformation.
- At least 2 years of Kinaxis RapidResponse authoring/configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Forecasting, Demand Sensing, and S&OP processes.
- Experience in business requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Kinaxis RapidResponse with practical knowledge of Workbooks, Dashboards, Worksheets, Alerts, Automation Chains, and Data Modeling.
- Skilled at collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including architects, senior stakeholders, business owners, and technical teams.
- Familiar with Agile/SAFe methodologies and capable of managing stakeholder communications and presentations effectively.
