About This Role
- Provide L2 support and manage multi-domain Active Directory environment including user, group, service account, OU management, and Group Policy operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory related incidents, perform health monitoring, support Hybrid AD environments including Azure AD and ADFS, and automate AD tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Collaborate with L3 teams for escalation and root cause analysis, follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management, and ensure compliance with security standards and audits.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing and troubleshooting Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server OS and experience with Group Policy Management Console, PowerShell scripting for AD automation, DNS, DHCP, and FSMO roles.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Hybrid Environment Management, and Identity and Access Management.
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or equivalent preferred; Project management skills also noted.
