About This Role
- Manage and achieve sales targets within Purba Medinipur district.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers to expand the retailer network and boost product sales.
- Monitor market activities including product availability and collect feedback from the field.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Fresher or minimum six months experience in sales; experience in Non-FMCG sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler for mobility within the assigned area.
- Target market focus on automobile shops dealing with batteries, tyres, lubricants, and bike & car care products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate able to operate independently in field sales with territory management and networking skills.
- Experience or strong inclination towards the automobile retail segment preferred.
- Data-driven approach to selling and effective communication skills for engaging distributors and retailers.
