About This Role
- Own the requirement gathering and documentation for ERP implementation projects.
- Oversee implementation of at least 2 ERP projects covering multiple modules such as Finance, HRMS, Inventory, IT, Ticketing.
- Coordinate with module owners and draft Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) and Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: MTech, B.Tech/B.E., or MBA degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Experience in ERP systems including implementation and knowledge of various ERP modules (Finance, HRMS, Inventory, IT, Ticketing).
- Experience with software implementation, databases, integration, APIs, application security, and cloud/datacentre infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in overseeing ERP implementations involving multiple modules and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficient in understanding and translating client business processes into functional requirements and to-be processes.
- Strong documentation skills with ability to draft detailed FRS/SRS documents reflecting complex business logic and functionalities.
