About This Role
- Design and implement automated deployment and reliability solutions using CI/CD pipelines and collaborate across engineering teams.
- Build, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure, configuration, networking, and observability tools for critical applications and platforms.
- Participate in incident management including on-call response, root cause analysis, and use enterprise AI tools to enhance incident triage and operational stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience in site reliability engineering with formal training or certification in SRE concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Working knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog) and container technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience in incident response management, on-call participation, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating within cloud environments such as AWS, familiar with scalability, resiliency, and observability in cloud-native architectures.
- Comfortable working with regulated environments requiring controls-focused operations, change management, and audit readiness.
- Capable of leveraging AI-assisted operational tools with strong validation skills and an analytical approach to improve site reliability engineering practices.
