About This Role
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and topologies to validate data center network features, security, and routing functionalities at scale.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality test automation suites to ensure seamless end-to-end solution validation.
- Collaborate with engineering and customer teams to troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and support customer deployment escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, ECE, or IT (B.S./B.E./B.Tech).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Networking/Telecom Embedded/Network Management with functional, system testing, and automation expertise.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Center Network platforms, IP Fabric, VxLAN EVPN, Network Virtualization Framework, Network Security, and Routing Protocols (MPLS, ISIS, BGP, Multicast).
- Experience with test automation tools (Spirent, IXIA), virtualization platforms (VMware vCenter, NSX, OpenStack), Linux variants (Ubuntu, CentOS), and scripting languages such as Python.

- Able to effectively communicate test results and collaborate across product management, technical marketing, field sales, support (TAC), and development teams.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by involvement in debugging complex issues, customer deployments, and escalations.
