About This Role
- Develop, deploy, and validate predictive models to enable profitable decisions in risk, fraud, and marketing.
- Analyze large datasets to derive business insights and create machine learning based innovative solutions.
- Communicate business findings clearly to leadership and key partners across prospect and customer domains.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, MBA or related field.
- 0-30 months of experience in analytics or big data workstreams.
- Proficiency with SAS, R, Python, Hive, Spark, SQL and machine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised methods.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and drive project deliverables to achieve business results.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working with complex, unstructured data-driven initiatives and independent problem solving.
- Experience or strong interest in applying machine learning techniques such as transfer learning, neural models, reinforcement learning, and Bayesian methods.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with global business partners to integrate data science solutions.
