About This Role
- Design, develop, implement, and support automation solutions across SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments to improve operational efficiency.
- Automate repetitive SAP operational and monitoring activities including system monitoring, background jobs, interfaces, user/license management, and report generation.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, functional, security, BTP, and infrastructure teams; prepare technical documentation; troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in SAP Automation Engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments and SAP process automation.
- Proficient in SAP Build Process Automation / SAP Intelligent RPA or equivalent tools; scripting expertise in at least one of Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Experience with SAP integration technologies such as RFC/BAPI, OData, REST/SOAP APIs, and IDocs; experience in SAP AMS/support projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end design and deployment of SAP automation solutions focusing on operational support and process optimization.
- Demonstrates advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implements robust logging and error-handling mechanisms for production automations.
- Comfortable working across SAP technical teams (Basis, ABAP, functional) and with enterprise automation tools, indicating a multidisciplinary and integrative work approach.
