About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Generative AI solutions including RAG, enterprise knowledge bases, semantic search, and document intelligence.
- Lead delivery of complex data integration, ETL, and cloud-based AI projects, translating business and technical requirements into production-grade systems within financial-services regulations.
- Guide, mentor, and coordinate engineering teams; manage stakeholder relationships; and ensure adherence to security, governance, and operational standards for AI-enabled data solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, ETL, SQL, and UNIX/Linux environments with at least 8 years in senior or lead roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
- 6+ years of experience with AWS data services, including designing and supporting scalable data pipelines and AI solutions.
- Proven experience with ETL/data integration platforms like IDMC, advanced programming skills in Python/Java, and working knowledge of relational databases with performance tuning.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; demonstrated understanding of Generative AI concepts, vector search, RAG, and prior production delivery of related AI solutions.
