About This Role
- Develop and implement end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards to empower senior management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business units to understand information needs, automate reporting processes, and provide interactive data visualizations to improve decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in reporting, supporting organizational performance and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and in programming/data integration tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx, or Python.
- Location requirement: Bangalore with EGL shift timings (1:00 pm - 10:00 pm).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working directly with senior leaders to synthesize complex data into simple, impactful insights for executive decision-making.
- Strong technical skills in both BI dashboard development and data sourcing/integration, showing ability to handle end-to-end analytics implementations.
- Proven track record of identifying and driving process improvements and innovative solutions within a data analytics/business intelligence context.
