About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of large-scale Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects involving CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Building Controls.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with contractual and company standards.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10-12+ years of project management and execution experience in Building Technologies, Fire & Security, or IBMS domain.
- Experience managing large and complex projects involving CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Building Management Systems, and Integrated Building Management Systems.
- PMP or Prince2 certification preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders in the Building Technologies or Fire & Security sectors.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices tailored to IBMS and related system integrations.
- Experienced in mentoring and guiding project engineers and site teams to ensure project quality and adherence to timelines.
