About This Role
- Lead implementation of collection strategies across Pre-Delinquent, Delinquent, and Recovery accounts using SAS, Experian Power Curve (Strategy Manager), and Fiserv Rules.
- Manage and deliver collection projects focusing on alternate channel (SAS) and phone channel strategies, ensuring streamlined coding, testing, and queuing processes.
- Develop and monitor dashboards and analytics to identify process improvements that comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant work experience without a degree.
- At least 2+ years hands-on experience with SAS programming.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in design, testing, and control environments managing large data sets.
- Work Timings require availability between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM US Eastern Time (approx. 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing collection strategy delivery projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAS, Strategy Manager application, and Fiserv Rules Platform.
- Capable of partnering across teams (collections operations, data warehouse, process owners) to ensure effective strategy implementation and regulatory compliance.
