About This Role
- Own implementation, administration, optimization, and support of Zscaler security platforms in a global enterprise environment.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for cloud-delivered security, Zero Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateway, and secure internet access solutions.
- Design and maintain Zscaler policies, drive platform improvements, support incident resolution, and participate in security transformation and governance initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, or Infrastructure Security.
- At least 7 years hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies including ZIA, ZPA, Secure Web Gateway.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related discipline.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant cybersecurity domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in Zscaler platforms and Zero Trust security architecture with hands-on technical leadership experience.
- Experienced in cross-team collaboration involving security, network, identity, and infrastructure domains in a global enterprise setting.
- Capable of designing security policies, mentoring juniors, and leading security transformation projects.
