About This Role
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations including accounting, receivables, payables, cash-flow, GST/TDS, payroll coordination, and MIS reporting.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), client/project profitability reports, and cash-flow forecasts up to 6 months.
- Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to management and ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in SME, professional services, IT, engineering, or outsourcing sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with accounting/ERP software such as Tally or Zoho Books.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working closely with senior management and external Chartered Accountants, taking ownership of finance function independently.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business operations into actionable financial insights and reports.
- Background in project-based or resource-based businesses, with exposure to foreign currency/international clients as a plus.
