About This Role
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice validation, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing adhering to payment terms and approval processes.
- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations through invoice verification, tax return support, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
- Support financial closing by booking invoices/expenses timely, preparing accruals, reconciling vendor accounts, and assisting in audit preparations and plant finance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, GST, and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
