About This Role
- Develop and maintain a centralized engagement model and single source of truth for transformation use cases across sub-LOBs in CCB F&BM.
- Identify, intake, prioritize, and scale AI-driven and efficiency transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with sub-LOB leadership and Controls stakeholders.
- Lead Lean (DMAIC) deep-dives and manage Agile governance routines using JIRA for program/project delivery and measurable operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation, program/project management, or operational strategy; financial services experience beneficial.
- Active development experience with IS solutions such as Python, Pyspark, Alteryx required.
- Hands-on Agile delivery experience with JIRA for lifecycle management, governance, risk, and dependency tracking.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional workstream leadership involving senior (N-1) stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
- Skilled at building and sustaining reusable repositories and standardized operating models for measurable transformation outcomes.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green/Black Belt) or proven success in DMAIC delivery preferred.
