About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex client projects including scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and quality management.
- Lead multiple Project Managers across workstreams ensuring alignment, governance, and risk mitigation with AI-assisted analytics combined with project management judgment.
- Manage project financials, client communications, and mentor junior project staff on delivery discipline and AI tool usage.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of project management experience delivering complex technology engagements.
- Expertise in project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and financial management including budget tracking and margin analysis.
- Proficient in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet and use of AI-assisted project analytics with validation of AI outputs.
- Certifications such as PMI-CAPM, PMP, Prince 2, PMO-ACP, CSM or SAFE preferred; AI-related certifications advantageous.

- Experienced senior project manager comfortable integrating AI analytics tools with traditional project governance and risk management.
- Strong strategic focus on client business outcomes beyond contractual scope, with decisiveness in trade-offs and resourcing.
- Demonstrates leadership in mentoring project managers and coordinators, driving process improvements, and maintaining transparent executive communications.
