About This Role
- Lead strategic design, installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Manage and resolve complex SAP incidents and lead major system upgrades including Kernel, Support Stack, SAP, and S/4HANA conversions.
- Mentor junior Basis consultants and provide expert guidance on SAP infrastructure performance, security, and enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive experience in SAP Basis administration, including system upgrades and S/4HANA conversions.
- Experience with cloud platforms for SAP deployments (AWS and Azure) and multiple databases (HANA, DB2, MSSQL).
- Fluent professional English required; French is an asset but not mandatory.
- Willingness and readiness to relocate to Mauritius within 3-6 months; valid passport required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior consultant with proven leadership or mentoring experience within SAP Basis teams.
- Experienced in complex SAP landscape management, including cross-functional collaboration and international client exposure.
- Comfortable working in a multi-technology environment with cloud and on-premise SAP systems, aligned to European client standards and governance.
